Yup I'm still here and I'm still following PG with dedication. Unfortunatly there are just not enough hours in the day anymore, so first news is that I don't plan on making any further updates to this website. I'm really sorry, and I'd really love to continue with it as PG are such an important part of my life, but it's just not possible currently. I'm sorry to anyone who uses the site regularly.
The site will remain online as a resourse for new and old fans, and I will probably still report big news on this blog but other than that the site is now in hiatus.
Thanks to everyone who's supported and contributed to the site over the years, it's been a real pleasure and I've met many amazing people through a shared love of PG!
You guys n gals all rock! ;)

PG are releasing thier latest concert DVD, it's called:

It's a 2 disc set and will be released on the 28th of October.

Long time no news, sorry bout that folks.

Here's a good one to try and get me back in the swing of things though!

PG are releasing DVD's of all thier PV's up to the most recent one!
Following the same style as Opening Lap thier first PV DVD the new DVD's are named "PG Clips 2nd Lap," "PG Clips 3rd Lap" and "PG Clips 4th Lap."
Opening Lap is also being rereleased.

And they are releasing them as individual DVD's or as a whopping box set containing all the DVD's in a limited edition set!

Long have I hoped for such a thing!

Unfortunatly there's not much of a celebration, I have to apologise for the recent lack of updates to the site.

This is due to other work taking priority and also some technical issues relating to my ancient copy of Dreamweaver and a recent Java update which have resulted in errors in Dreamweaver. -_-"

While the Special Anniversary Tours may be over, there's still some fun to be had, there are some nifty new Tour Goods avaliable from the Amuse store, including a funky phone strap and patches like the ones on the boilersuit, so for those of us who can't afford the boilersuit, we can still stitch the patches on to something! News Round-Up

I can't believe it was May that I last posted!
And even worse, I can't believe that I missed the release of thier latest single! -_-
Itai Tachiiichi, out now, tracklist is up in the Discography.

If you have the single, apparently it comes with a special password which allows you to see an alternate version of the PV!

This year is PG's 10th Anniversary! As a result it's a good year to be a PG fan!
Various special things are happening, one of which will be yet another single release on 20th September called GIFT and it will be avaliable in regular and a limited edition version which will include a DVD!
(As if that's not enough, that single is also the theme song for a movie called 'Flying Rabbits')

On to site news now, I'm very happy to announce that aside from the new single's B-sides (which I hope to be able to add soon) The lyrics section now has a full set of Japanese lyrics! \ ^_^ /
It was an enormous task, and I want to thank everyone who contributed, even if it was only a single song, and so made this possible! And special HUGE thanks to Tsuriken for tracking down those elusive missing ones! Thank you! ^^
I can confidently say that this site now has the most comprehensive PG lyrics section on the web, and it's all thanks to you guys n girls! ^^

Of course, there are still many missing romanisations, and even more English translations needed, if anyone has those to offer, please get in touch! *through the forum is easiest*

I've been busy updating the site all afternoon, so you'll find a few more additions here and there too, mostly just small stuff that needed updating, but have a rummage around and check it out ne! ;)

in other news this week I made a strange sort of fan art, it's a hat inspired by Porno Graffitti!

PG seem to use a lot of pink, black and white in thier graphics, hence the colour scheme.
They used a star graphic for Purples concert, so now I associate them with stars.
And finally, it's a rabbit hat due to Loving Rabbit from the song Music Hour!
I really like how this hat turned out! X3
If I could go to a Porno Graffitti concert, I'd wear this hat!

There's a new set of scans up in the Gallery, March 08's What's In, many thanks to Kitsu for scanning and donating them! ^_^

There's 8 weeks to go before the new DVD is released, that's just enough time to watch all PG's previous DVD's (including Opening Lap) before the new DVD arrives, so that's what I'm *hopefully* going to do!

As a result of watching Tour 08452 last night I wrote a review of it which is up on the Tour 08452 tracklist page now!
I can't promise I'll review all the concerts as I watch them but I hope to do a few more reviews!

New Album Out Now! And other news.

So the new album is out!
Did you get your copy?
I got mine today *3 days from Japan to England, way ta go CD Japan! XD*

And... it's truly, brilliant, wonderful, amusing, delightful!
I could use more adjectives but really it'd be a long list!

It's a delightful mix of 80's style, 60's style and PG style!
I'm very impressed, even more so knowing what a short time they made this album in!

I think Bears is a favourite, and not just because of the amusing PV they released for that song! XD
I also was blown away by track 6, Iron Hammer, very cool, and track 8, My 80's cracks me up! XD
track 9, The Rock Band Came is really great too, makes me think of a Beatles song! X3

I really love the mix of styles and sounds on this album it's a delight! ^^

I can't wait to watch the DVD that came with it, but I'm teasing myself and leaving that for later! X3

Okies in other news, I translated a little news snippet from the official PG site the other day:

On 10/6 A drama from Japan TV group O.A called ‘Hari Kei’ is starting. The theme song ‘Tuning Note’ sung by Naohito Fujiki, the lyrics are written by Haruichi Shindou.
The single is released on 2007/10/10

On to site news, I've been working on a big website project over the last month and a half, it's been a bit relentless and I'm sick of making websites now so sorry for the lack of updates here, I'll try and get screencaps from the Bears PV up as soon as possible, I also have a good copy of Mugen PV so I'll add those caps too once I get over my website building aversion. ^^"

Lyrics Section Now New and Shiny!

It's been a big task but the lyrics section of the site is looking much more complete now!
You'll find Japanese and Romanised lyrics for almost every PG song in that section now! ^^

There are a few missing and I'll work to complete it as best I can.
If you want to help I'll be happy to recieve kanji and romanised lyrics for the missing songs!
(Please include the lyric and music credit for the song if you know it if you contribute anything)
If you want you'll be creditied for Romanising lyrics.

And of course anyone who wants to contribute English translations I'd be more than happy to recieve those too!
Naturally you'll be credited for your contributions! ;)

In other updates please check the screen shot gallery, Apollo and Sister screen shots are now avaliable thanks to tsuriken!

Well sadly this marks the last major update of the site for a while, other projects are going to be keeping me busy for at least a month or more! :/
Please don't let that put you off contributing anything to the site tho, as I'll get to adding stuff as soon as I can and hope I'll still be able to keep slowly improve the site when I get a spare minute here and there!

Wow news is flying thick n fast this week and this it the best news all week for sure!

Porno Graffitti are releasing a new album on the 29th of August, thats a mere 36 days away folks! 0_o

I have to admit when I saw the rumour of a new albumI held off reporting it here because it's only 9 months since M-Cabi was released!
I know those guys are productive but I couldn't believe it!

But it's true folks! I just preordered my copy, it doesn't get any truer than that! XD

So enough of my yakking here's the details:

Phew! So things are moving at a pace here!
I had an idea of how to help the overlapping text/images problem for anyone who has it so today I've worked on that, it's still not perfect but it should be better!

It's meant a change of layout for the gallery thumbnails which means they don't looks so neat and pretty but actually it means less work for me when it comes to laying out new magazine scans so yay! XD

Talking of new scans while I was tinkering I've added the most recent mag scans in 2007 section, thanks to tsuriken for kindly donating them! (cheers for the comment on my last post too tsuriken, it's always encouraging to get a comment! ^^)

Also I started on the Fan Art Gallery!
So far there's only my own poor excuse for fan art in there so if you have any fan art or feel like making some then send it on over and I'll add it to the site! ^^

Also the Extras section finally has some content so go check that out...

It's really great isn't it?
I'm liking Link a whole lot, and I like it better than some of thier other recent summer themes (tho, those were good too I just like this better!)
I really love the PV too, it's got great style and the guys look just fantastic! ^^
So congrats on another fantastic single boys! ;)

In site news...
Well it's been a bit of a trial recently!
I wanted to add new stuff to the site but I changed my webdesign software and when I redefined the site and opened up the files it was a big ole mess of broken links, missing images and bad code! -_-"
So several days later and lots of hard graft and hair-tearing-out it should be fixed!
It's been tested, but if you should find a broken link, missing image or something awry, then please drop me an e-mail, leave a comment or go report it in the forum!

So while I was fixing things I did add a few new bits, like some PV screenshots in the screenshot gallery! So go have a root around, see whats new and check for errors while you're at it ne! ;)

Also if you have trouble with overlapping text/images especially in the gallery sections please can you let me know!
Some people seem to have this when viewing the site and I'd like to know how many people it's a problem for.
I currently don't know quite how to fix it but if it's a problem for a lot of you I'll try to find a solution faster rather than slacking off XD"

As usual the prospect of a new release has got me all riled up with excitement and as a result I've been working on the site again!

Thanks to all the people who kindly allowed me to put their wallpapers on the site, PG wallpapers are somewhat rare so I hope this gallery helps you paste up some nice art of the boys on your desktop more easily! ^^

It's been quiet on the news front for a while while the PG boys have been hard at work touring, but now some great news for all of us stuck at home they are relaeasing a new single on 18th of July called 'Link'
It promises to be an upbeat summer theme!

Well, the new DVD came out and if you haven't got it yet, why not!?
It's a cracker!
Thier biggest concert to date and it certainly feels like it, there's great energy you get when you watch this concert!

Talking of concerts the guys are touring RIGHT NOW!
Some of you lucky people will have already seen them, some of you will be seeing them soon!
I hope you all have a great time and I already can't wait for the DVD! ^^

So since there's so much going on I figured it's about time for an update here!
There are 3 new magazines to view in the Magazine Scan Gallery (in 2001, 2006, 2007)

The boys have confirmed they will be singing Haneuma Rider on this years Kouhaku! ^^

Tama released a new single called Metal Cool in November (Yes I know I'm slow) You can hear samples of it here: http://www.sonymusic.co.jp/Music/Arch/SMER/Tama/index.html
This time Tama sings, and I was impressed, he has a good voice! ^^
I really liked the track Futures, but they are all interesting sounding tracks and the PV to Metal Cool is... well... cool! ^^
I can't say I'm a fan of solo Tama yet but I'd definitly interested!

"Open Music Cabinet" Concert Tour

Great news PG fans, next year PG will be touring with thier new album.
The tour is called "Open Music Cabinet"

There are 24 dates listed starting on the 24th March and running to 17th June,

Website updates

So how are you all enjoying the new album!?

Mine arrived last week and I think it's great! I love the little musical intervals and I think my favorite track on it is the final track Gravity but I still like Winding Road a lot and ther's some others that are vying for my favoritism too! I guess I'll just have to listen to it some more to decide! XD

Anyways, fabulous new albums aside I've really gone to town and finished up the magazine gallerys on the website, I think there's a pretty comprehensive collection of PG's magazine appearances there now, and I'm proud to say I think it's one of the best collections of PG images avaliable!

I want to say a massive thank you to the person who let me use her scans on the site (I don't know if she wants the fame and fortune so she'll remain anonymous for now)
So Massive thanks to you you mystery person! ;)

I hope now I can keep up with the magazine scan gallery and add any new magazines as scans become avaliable for them.
Also if theres any old magazines that I haven't got, I'll keep looking out for ones and add them to the gallery if I can.

So there we have it! Go forth and explore the Magazine Scans Gallery and get icon making, wallpaper making, and share the PG love!

Next job!? well having tackled the huge magazine gallery and won I'm contemplating doing the wallpaper gallery, watch this space!

m-Cabi Out Now!

The new album of course was released on the 22nd and my copy of it shipped the same day!
I'm still anxiously waiting for it to arrive!

So to take my mind off the wait I've done some long overdue updating to the website!
I've added this years single releases and of course m-Cabi to the Discography section.
But also, finally I've begun to make some sort of attempt at making a proper gallery!
So far it's just my own scans in the Magazine Scans Gallery.

I shan't promise more soon because I always end up breaking such promises, but keep your fingers crossed and I might add more to it soon! ;D

New Album News

The new album is called M-Cabi (apparently meaning Music Cabinet) and will be released on 22.11.2006

There is a regular edition and limited edition wich includes an extra CD with a bonus track on it.
The album will have PG's hit singles "NaNaNa Summer Girl," "Jobairo/ Don't Call Me Crazy," "Haneuma Rider," "Winding Road," and more on it.

In other news recently released single Winding Road made it to No.1 in the Oricon daily chart on it's release date, Congratulations boys! ^^
I think it's a simply brilliant single, perfectly balanced, very impressive even considering PG's usually high standard! 8)

The PV for the new single Winding Road is avaliable to download in the forum now, and I have to say it's really brilliant!
I don't want to spoil it by saying to much, but it's cute funny, touching, charming and a bit sad too!

The song is really beautiful too, I'm always a sucker for PG's ballards and this one is a real cracker, very beautiful!

New Album and Single coming THIS YEAR!

Fantastic news PG fellow fans not only is there going to be another single released this year but there will also be a new album!

The news was told by the boys themselves at thier recent concert in Yokohama

The single is a ballad called Winding Road and is set for release on the 4th of October.

There is no information on the news about a release date or title for the album yet, but I'll let you know as soon as I know!

Also reports for PG's concert in Yokohma last month say that it was enjoyed by all and a big success, so Congrats on giving the fans a great show lads! ^^

Haneuma Rider PV and Porno Romance Concert!

It's been a while since I updated but there's lots happening right now!

The new PV for the upcoming single 'Haneuma Rider' is out now!
check out the forum to get a look at it!

The single is just a couple of weeks away due for release on the 28th of June!

The boys are having a big concert next month (July 22nd/23rd) in Yokohama.
The concert is named 'Porno Romance' and is sponsered by Pocari Sweat who the boys recently did a commercial for.
This concert is the biggest the boys have ever done with and audience of 60,000!

Up until the concert date there is a special Porno Graffitti webblog online which will be updated every Wednesday with information and quotes from the boys and much more I'm sure!

PG Magazine Scans! and some news

Finally I've added some pictures to the gallery here!

They're in the Gallery in the Magazine section and are scans of PG magazine cuttings a good friend of mine sent me, so everyone say thank you to my nice friend, ありがとうね！ :)

Sorry for the crappyness of the gallery, eventually I'll get round to integrating it into the site properly I hope, but rather than making you wait for the pictures, better to put them up like this I figured! ^^

In other great news I got my copy of PG's Switch Tour DVD today from YesAsia!

I haven't got to watch it yet but I can't wait! ^^

Finally, apparently there's going to be a Porno Graffitti special at NHK on April 2nd. ^^

Also PG seem to be doing a cover of a song called 'Poison' which will be released on 26th April.

New Single!

On the 4th of March a CM was released for Pocari Sweat (A Japanese drink) and the music for the CM is done by Porno Graffitti.
It's the first listen for thier new single and personally I think it sounds great!

Tama's album Great Pleasure

Tama's first solo album since splitting with Porno Graffitti was released on the 20th of December.

You can hear samples of all the tracks at Sony Music Japan's website

It sounds interesting, from the short samples, it's very different from his work with PG and yet it's the same in that there are some pretty experimental sonding tracks in there!

Of course it's hard to tell from just short samples but one thing is for sure it's an interesting solo debut!

Porno Graffitti have released thier 2006 calandar.
This year the concept for the clandar is 'Cutting “SWITCH”'
The photos for the calandar were taken during the Switch tour during LIVES and off stage.

It costs 2000yen but I havn't seen it avaliable on CDJapan or YesAsia.

PG had a Live in Osaka City’s assembly hall on November 9th
And have a public performance in Nagoya in December.

Also it is rumoured (and possibly confirmed) that PG will be performing on the 56th Kouhaku performance as part of the White team (same team as Gackt... if you happen to like him too XD)

it surprised a lot of us PG fans as we were expecting the PV to be for the 'Jobairo' track which is the first track on the single and also the opening theme to the Japanese drama of the same name.

Site Redesign!

After much fiddling I think I've finally got blogger to work with my new site design, it's not quite how I would like it but it's working *she hopes* XD

Anyway, welcome to version 2 of my PG site, this one has new and exciting sections and also now using this blog I hope to report any news I hear about the band, so we can all keep up to date on thier activities!
So if you have news to pass on which I can post here drop me an e-mail ;)

Now usually I hate putting an incomplete website on the web but I'm fed up with my old site design and I wanted to put this one up, everything that was on the old site is already up and functioning here, and are even better looking than they were before! But there are some blank sections such as the gallery which I hope to fill up as soon as I can.

This site was designed over such a long time that I made some mistakes here and there and although I hope I've caught them all if you come across a page with no background or a broken link please let me know ;)

The design was inspired by Porno Graffitti's PV for Hitori no Yoru
Also after much thought I decided not to have Tama on the background image, not because I don't love Tama and respect the work he did with PG, just that I wanted to reflect the current status of the band.

Anyways I hope you like the site, leave feedback in the new blogger comments feature and let me know ;)

Finally I'd like to say a big thanks to all my PG loving friends who keep my enthusiasum for the band red hot!
And of course thanks to the band themselves for inspiring me with thier music! ^^
